How the Program Works

Credit Repair Specialists ( CRS ) enforces your right to remove negative information from your credit report. We use over 300 guidelines found in the 1996 Credit Repair Reporting Act, Consumer Bill of Rights and the Federal Trade Commission. The Fair Credit Reporting Act states that information must be deleted if it is found to be misleading, inaccurate, outdated or obsolete.

If the 3 Credit Bureaus cannot prove these guidelines have all been followed, the negative item must be removed after 30 days, or they are violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act and you may sue the credit bureau for actual and punitive damages.

Fees: Total fees are $790 for an individual and $1190 for a couple. Only $200 is required to start the program. After 45 days and after you have verified improvement, payments of $150 per month are due until you have paid your total fees of $790 (or $1190 for a couple). After we receive your initial $200 consultation fee, Credit Repair Specialists will order your credit reports and begin work immediately. The repair process has begun! 45 days later open your mail and prepare to be impressed.

Unlike other credit repair companies who only communicate via email, CRS regularly contacts you by phone to review progress on your credit report. Performance Guarantee: CRS will not commence the first $150 monthly credit repair fee until you have verified results (approximately 45 days). You will receive (in the mail at home) updated credit reports showing you the negative items that have been removed/improved. Make copies for yourself and send us the originals so we can continue our persistent efforts toward cleaning up your credit.
